Talk to General Physician on Paleness In Leg, Pain, Swelling, Numbness

I have lymphedema since 1998 til date. It's on my right leg only at primary stage. Since these long years things were bearable but from the last 2 months the pain, swelling, numbness is getting worse. My doppler vein scan, pelvic lilac scan are normal. Ct angiography peripheral results I am sharing. Plz suggest what to do to handle this.
