lergy give Syp Zyrtec 1TSF bd for one week if age is below 10 years otherwise Tab Zyrtec 1 at night. 

As for whitening of feet is concrned , it is likely due to excessive moisture and prolonged use of socks. Just spray some talc powder before wearing socks. Please mentionage of patient next time as is is vital to endorse dose and reach at conclusion.
