kindly approve my post. in short I have pelvic floor dysfunction since 4 years. when I visit a doctor he diagnosed me with IBS (I have IBS too) but the pelvic floor dysfunction remains same .. I there any treatment. then how much time it will take to recover I watched vedio in which doctor recommended biofeedback therapy. do you have any suggestions kindly guide me Thanks

4 years ago I had consistent constipation..... after sometime I find hard to push stool through rectum so I gradually started using my finger over time..I strain a lot to push stool but it is useless and stool remain above rectum and stay there .... and now its almost impossible for me to pass
stool without using finger .. I use finger to stimulate the muscle above rectum.
recent I had visited a doctor. I write the symptoms on my phone before going but he told me to say everything verbally and I missed a lot of symptoms ... and he diagnosed me with IBS but unable to find what's the real problem .. I have IBS too and it's fine after taking medicine... but the main problem remains same.
