what is the severity of pain is it very severe or a bearable level
and what group of symptoms are more related with your condition
1 are you feel something or some swelling is coming out of veginal orifice and it reduces itself after some time or after pushing it back with mild pain in that area
2 are you felling burning , heaviness and pain with nothing else
3 are you felling imense pain even avoid deficating due to this pain

but till then you can start
tab nuberol fort 1 in morning and 1 at evening
tab daflon 2+2+2 for 3days
then 2+0+2 for next 4 days
then 1+0+1
if you had constipation use syp duphalac 2 or 3 tsp subh duphr sham but keep in mind diarhea will irritate the mucuss and worson the pain so adjust dose of duphalac just archive a soft stool but avoid diarrhea
if pain is sever
use GTN cream +xylocain on inside of anus subh sham
other wise in case of mild pain use sits bath
add salt in warm water pour in some tub and sit in it for multiple time in a days 2 or 3 time
