Talk to General Physician on Platelets Count Is Abnormal Due To Dengue Fever.

My brother suffered from dengue fever, his fever has gone away after 3 days but his platelets count decreased from 178k to 135, then suddenly after 2 days it went form 135k to 10k, he got admitted in hospital and he was feed with Mega Unit of platelets. the next days his platelets increased to 18k and next 36 and 2 days ago it was 60k. He was discharged from hospital but today he got tested again and to our sutprise his platelets again went below to 26k. We have consulted with doctor and he advised us to be calm and keep liquids and get tested after 2 days. my parents are worried about this. Need a second opinion from doctors. I am sharing his latest 2 reports. Thanks.
