By looks of report it doesn’t looks authentic. Kindly take report done from any other authentic lab.. as this report doesn’t showing any doctor name or location of lab. In semen analysis proper timing of sample collection at the lab is very important. Better to get adviced by some doctor for proper sampling techniques and get report done by any authentic lab
