Negative report of antibodies is not confirmation of state of covid. you have to have covid 19 pcr nasal swab report for that.

When should we go for pcr? As all COVID tests are expensive, if antibody tests doesn’t confirm the condition ? Then Why Drs ask to go for this test?

if she's completely asymptomatic, she can deisolate. also there's no need to repeat pcr test again according to guidelines.
this report shows antibodies are not present in the body at this stage.
follow sops, wear mask etc.
there's still a chance of reinfection.
