Talk to General Physician on Pneumonia
Asking For Father, Male 71, Lahore
My father was suffering from pneumonia in Ramzan. He had extensive coughing. I took him to the hospital where he fainted and fell down. no injury. saturation is under 80 at that time. The doctor said his chest is totally blocked. he prescribed that medicine floaid 10 mg ( 1 at night ) treviamet 50+1000 msg ( 1 at night) rovista 10 mg ( 1 at night) pletrid 75 mg neurobion empator 10 mg
and one injection and drip of mofset and oxidil for 5 days.
after taking that medicine he is getting better but weakness is still there.
I want to know if this medication is ok for him? please suggest a good doctor for further treatment.
Note : he has asthma, one year ago he was diagnosed with sugar, and also in 2018 he had heart problems with one stunt installed.

is there worsening of breath ? is he on inhalers??
what are his rfts?
what are his fasting sugar levels and his current hb1c..

breath is ok now. inhales only when weather is changed. fasting sugar is 120 or 100.

The weakness is to be expected after this. it will take time to recover. please improve diet, meat, fresh vegetables, fruits and incorporate multivitamins if diet is insufficient. Physical activity like light walk is also advisable. Also continue treatment and follow up with your current physician.
