My mother is facing extreme hairfall after covid she was on steriods and oxygen and took steriods for a month as well. We all are very depressed to see her hair like this. Please tell what should we do
Your mother has been very sick,requiring oxygen.The illness Covid,steroids,medicines all cause stress to the body and hair fall is a natural sequele.She needs to build up her nutrition,.Kindly give her lots of Vit A in the form of orange yellow fruit(mango papaya) ,green leafy vegetables( like spinach,broccoli,carrots)and proteins in the form of egg,chicken,meat.
Give her cap A and D once daily or
Cap Hair vit once a day.
She is expected to resume her hair growth in a few weeks.
