actually its been a year i go to gym but i try to exercise in good form.i tried notice my posture neck forward lower back curve .like that

pain like when i do ruku and sijdah.yes eyesight i check it was .25 and i don't like glasses.yes hath sun hota he like thak jata i thought it was of mobile use.yes plzz help
