Talk to General Physician on Pressure Tingling Face Chest Arms Shortness Of Breath

Everyday i get this strange pressure and tingling in my face, body and arms which mostly happens during the night. It also makes it hard for me to breath and my heartbeat rises and my face starts twitching very badly and i cannot even speak correctly when i try to speak my mouth wont open more than a shape of o. I also get pressure in my chest or sometimes upper abdomen. I have consulted many doctors but no one seems to know what is wrong with me. Any help would be appreciated or tell a doctor who will listen to me for long and prescribe me proper medicine or tests.
