Avoid salt and lipids,adopt healthy life style.if still bp high then take medicine
first keep record of 5 days morning evening bp and then personally visit any clinic near your area for specialist advise
salt restrictions. change iodized salt to limited use of Salteen.

I would recommend lifestyle modification with weight loss from exercise and healthy eating. Keep an eye on Blood pressure. Check it twice a week. Reduce salt intake. If after losing weight, BP is still like this, consider medications.
