what about your latest thyroid status? Do get thyroid tests done. If they are normal you can slowly reduce dose of inderal as well if you are not experience palpitations. You can also book online appointment after thyroid test results.

If your levels get normal and you want to stop it you surely taper it. it's a good approach towards life.
To taper you should reduce the dose to quarter or half for a week. See the results. If things Ok then reduce the next half for next week and so on.
As you are taking it for long time and your body is addicted to it so better reduce it 20 mg for 2 weeks and observe the levels. should go for labs after 2 weeks and so on.
Be happy.
