Asking for Self, Female, 28 years old, Karachi

Anonymous post: Im unmarried. I usually have periods on time. If the last date is 20th so next will be 5 days before means 15th. But this is the first time ever in my life when my period is getting late. Last month was 20th June and the prediction was 15th July but its 18th July, and it has not started yet. I'm so worried, what can be the issue? I'm having acne on chin as well. I'm having cramps but not periods. Please suggest.

there is nothing to worry about,it's not regarded as irregularity.so be relax.if you are having cramps, can be symptoms of premenstrual syndrome but I would say nothing to worry about that even, take tablet Ponstan in case of body pains and cramps.

its common thing.. nothing much to worry about
menstrual cycle days can vary from 21 to 35 days ..

General Physician in Karachi - Dr. Atiqa Usman

Ur cycle is absolutely normal nothing to worry about, monitor ur cycle for 3 to 6 months, 35 days cycle are considered to be normal, if it's exceed more than that than u might need to do some test later.
