your hb is low. but no need to concern. just a healthy diet and few vitamins including iron in them can improve it.

Hb is bit lowish, if done during menstrual cycle than its fine!

ideally do iron studies as well, S/iron and S/Ferritin levels.

as far as Thalassemia is concerns, you don't have disease and your not carrier as well which means you are absolutely healthy in this context!
