My doctor didn't advise this test... It was just a side test included in the Anemia profile test

Yes CBC is all fine ... B12 levels were low at 146 while normal range is 300-1000

just take tab mecobal for 2 months...

I treated b12 deficiency with injections and tablets ... now b12 levels are raised up..but no improvement in body and symptoms shown till now

I got first b12 test in February which showed low levels and after 20 days I got 6 injections at alternate days and then 20 days Methycobal tablets 500mg twice a day... In end of april I again tested b12 which raised up to 900!

I don't have the photo right now ...
but CBC is always fine ... I checked cbc 7-8 times in last 2 years ...
Hb is 13-15
and Everything is in normal range in CBC

whoever you're consulting knows your history and will evaluate you further for your anemia.
Low retic causes anemia and there are many reasons for that. you need proper assessment and treatment.
