I would like to know your valuable opinion about my CT scan abdomen report which was done in 2019 , I was admitted for dengue fever at the time of discharge my report wasn't ready after that I didn't pay much attention and I forgot to receive the report. Fast forward to this day I came across my old discharge slip and I go to the Hospital and collected my duplicate report. Thank You for reading and giving your precious time. PFA Current stats Age 26 Height 5'10 Weight 58 I have checked my BMI online it was low. I want to optimize my weight to 70-75kgs

TO gain weight you should do exercise, take healthy protein shakes , and add more protein in your diet ..
avoid smoking , junk food and soft drinks
