Talk to General Physician on Right Hand Numbness

My Right hand tips are numb(from last 6 hours) sometimes the right hand also gets numb. I sit for long hours in front of the computer while rolling the mouse over the table, The height of the table and chair is as per my height. I have anxiety and stress issues. My perceptions are this numbness is due to sitting for long hours. I need advice to rule out the root cause.
