Asking for Self, Male, 32 years old, Karachi
From a week or so, I have pain in my right arm. It comes and goes but its getting more painful day by day. I haven't had any accident or anything like that so no apparent cause for it. I believe the source of the pain is the wrist but I feel it in my complete right arm too. The confusing thing is for a few hours, it completely goes away and then suddenly returns. I feel like it is a nerve issue and not a mascular/bone issue.
I would appreciate if someone could guide me in this regard. If I should go to a doctor, which doctor should I go to? Orthopedic? General Physician?
Please note that I have a history of hypertension and I take a pill daily. Can this be related to it at all?
Well, you need to describe the pain.. butning, pinching stabbing or what kind? what areas are involved? when it starts? how it goes away? Any trigger factors? which arm?
numbness in arm? painkillers? usually you go to general physician for evaluation
you should visit a rehab specialist dr for physiotherapy.
it can b neurological ,muscular or some thing else... to diagnose it , need complete history and details regarding pain or numbness , kindly book an appointment plz
it could be carpel tunnel syndrome. any increased body weight? or recent pregnancy?
can be checked by neurologist as well.
for proper treatment and further evaluation, kindly book an appointment or visit a clinic

for proper diagnosis and management need to be visited by a senior general physician specialist
visit to specialist physician
it could be carpal tunnel syndrome, or arthritis but you need a physical for ruling out other conditions. you can go to a general physician initially and if they feel the need to refer you to an orthopedic surgeon they will do so, however you may not need one.having said that, a high blood pressure is never really the cause of pain in joints, if it was exertional pain i n your left arm, you would need a workup for heart, but you don't have that! hope that answers your concerns
AOA sir, kbse he ye issue? koi test kraya ? koi med li apne? preshan na hon it's curable
