Properly wash the wound with clean water and soap and apply Pyodine over the wound site. Tetanus first dose can be give within 24 hrs of injury.

It is availabke in all gvt basic health units as well...go to near by govt health facsilty for tetnus injection....if u dont want thn ..keep ur wound as clean and aseptic like we tak care iur hands and face daily...bt if u hav history of Diabities...nonhhealing wounds...or living in aseptic enviornmnt u must be admintrd with inj tetavx...wthin 24 hrs +vly
