There are many symptoms that are not relevant to any physical illness. you have some of them. sometimes these are relieved by just thinking positively. I'll suggest to do exercise For 15 to 20 mins daily. don't use cell for longer periods. avoid horrifying and exciting material to see.
Take Panadol 1+1+1 for 2-3 days.
