i am having lower right pain starting from right above the hip until the right foot.Pain becomes so severe that i can't stand for a minute and can't walk sometimes with a feeling of bp between 97 to 102 from lower side, is this sciatica? who should i see orthopedic or neurologist? what is the best possible treatment? it requires surgery? medication or excercise only
is your bladder and bowel under your controle?is there any other illness u have?u need to do your MRI lumbo sacral spine from proper radiologist,,then we can discuss about further management
you need to get an lumbosacral X-ray done and then consult a neurologist.. usually they give you pain medication and some physiotherapy is advised..but if the nerve are being compromised in the scan and your day to day activities are being affected then surgery might be advised.. but that too.. would depend on your findings on the X-ray or MRI..
yep. it could be sciatica. take an appointment for further treatment.
Dont go for surgery. You should take homeopathic medicines for it. They are very effective..
You will have to do stretching exercises but with proper guidance. Thanks
