Seeking Advice On What Doctor And Type Of Treatment. Thanks

Question

My Dad has recovered from Covid a month ago. Was on oxygen therapy at home.  post covid he gets intermittent swelling in his feet , which recur every 2 to 3 weeks. He takes spiromide tabs which helps.

He also feels slight discomfort in under belly area.
  Kindly recommend which type of doc do I need to consult. Should it be a urologist / nephrologist or something other than that?

p.s.He is type 2 Diabetic . well in control mostly.

simple take his abdomenal ultrasound from a good radiologist and take ecg report and a RFT report and consult with ne through this app as my consultation is free of any cost
