Severe Abdominal Pain

Question

Hello all, I had my gall bladder removed about 5 months ago. Since then, I have had no complaints of abdominal pain. Now my pain is back, same as it was when I had gall stones. I got an ultrasound and LFT profile which is attached. please help if you can.

Aoa... Your reports shows that your liver is not functioning properly because it's fatty... Charbi hai aap k liver pr or is wjah say liver kaam ni kr rha si say... Aap frying chezain bilkul bnd kr dain or excercise or walk krain daily. If you are overweight so reduce your weight.

start -Syrup Levijon
(1+1+1) for 7days
- Tab Motilium / Onset
(1+0+1) 20minutes before meal for 5 days
- Need to add more symptomatic treatment after complete history
