Aslam o alaikum. Mujhe kafi arsay sy dizziness ki problem hai. Har waqt sar bhaari rehna r chakkar atay rehtay hai. Beshak kuch khaon ya na khaon. Blood pressure kabo normal kabi yhora high. Abi blood pressure 100/125 araha hai. Reports maine attach ki hain. Kindly guide me what can be the cause.

it has many causes so need to be visited by a specialist physician soon after taking history and doing physical examination and some tests then everything will be cleared up
