I've been having severe hair loss all of a sudden for the last 2 or 3 weeks, bundles of hair coming out without pulling, which seems scary to me now, and also numbness in my arms & half of the body side sometimes left or sometimes right. Severe headaches in the centre of the upper head, back of the head and on both front sides. I'm also having vomiting and nausea after meals even without headaches and dizziness too. Please respond.

Thank you sir for responding & I also have one question related to the heart that I also have pain in my heart earlier i used to have palpitations problem & BP used to remain low but from last few months I feel heaviness inside my heart & pain too in my arm but bp doesn't get low suddenly it starts beating so fast even I can hear its voice clearly it feels like either its gonna burst or stop working when there's is sudden loud noises like darwaza tezz band karney ki awaz ya kuch cheez girney ki awaz ho or fighting noises

u need to see psychiatrist as i saw in ur msges that u have history of depression.as well and do a blood test for thyroid profile .
sometimes all this reacton to a medicine as qell
