Severe Lower Backache For More Than A Month

Question

My mother is suffering from sever backache for more than a month. She took painkiller orally and injectable form but no relief. She had a surgery of bladder resection in last November. Please tell me is this pain related to bladder or just a muscular pain? I attached her biopsy report.
