Talk to General Physician on Shortness Of Breath

AOA Doctors, Long Story Short, In Mid March on one night i experienced shortness of breath and gasping for air for the first time in my life and elevated Heartbeat along with it. Went to Pulmonologist the next morning he told allergies and infection so nothing serious. He gave azomax and ventek tablet. after a week no improvement. Visited him again and he gave me foster inhaler 100/6 along with myteka tablet.No Improvement. Since then im experiencing Shortness of breath and it feels like my lungs capacity is alot decreased than how it used to be before. I had ECG, ECHO and 2 X Rays all came normal with nothing found in it. So please can anyone tell me what else i can do to make this thing go away? Even on rest i experience shortness of breath so please help.
