Possible reasons could be baby carrying, household chores, partial nourishment based on recent pregnancy, disturbed sleep, over/under weight, osteopenia (weak bones). Needs to check blood Vitamin D3 Level, Uric acid Level and ESR level. I all normal will suggest Physiotherapy from a trainer and Analgesics (painkillers) as needed.
