i am observing excessive sigh or yawning for past few days. like, i feel a need to breath deep because of the sense of being not satisfied. otherwise breathing rate is normal. oxygen saturation is normal too. moreover there is a sense of grittiness in throat. please guide.

It can be due to weather then. Need to be examine the lungs. Get an xray chest. If it fine then most likely need just reassurance.
