Drooling during sleep can be embarrassing and uncomfortable! On phone & here on this forum dr can advise you some of these tips to help minimize ur drooling during sleep:

1. Sleep on your back: Sleeping on your back can help reduce drooling, as gravity can help keep your mouth closed.
2. Use a wedge pillow: Elevating your head and neck with a wedge pillow can help reduce drooling by keeping your airways open.
3. Keep your mouth closed: Try to sleep with your mouth closed, as this can help reduce drooling.
4. Avoid heavy meals before bedtime: Eating a large meal before bed can stimulate saliva production, leading to drooling.
5. Stay hydrated: Drinking plenty of water during the day can help thin out saliva, making it less likely to drool during sleep.
6. Try a humidifier : Dry air can exacerbate drooling, so using a humidifier in your bedroom can help keep the air moist.
7. Consider a drool-absorbing pillow: There are specialized pillows designed to absorb drool, which can be helpful.
8. Consult a doctor near you If drooling persists and is accompanied by other symptoms like snoring, sleep apnea, or acid reflux, consult a doctor to rule out any underlying conditions.

Remember, it's essential to maintain good oral hygiene and visit your dentist regularly to ensure your teeth and gums are healthy because in most of the cases it is accompanied by teeth grinding which activates more saliva production & ultimately drooling.

Hope these tips help!
