Sore Throat And Fever

Question

My mother is suffering from sore throat ,after every few months she feels pain in throat, 2 days ago dr prescribed macrobac 500mg from which she feels nausea, before these tabs she used durosef .She also feels fever some time feels cold sometime warm. In every summer she feels that i have typhoid when v do test it comes negative. My que is can she leave macrobac now or what to do ? Kindly help .Can't go to any other dr because of fear of covid 19 because she is already weak can't eat now a days .

500mg can be heavy for 60 years old patient.
Take:
Zetro 250mg
1+0+1 for 3 days
Cap. Dextop 30mg (30 minutes before meal)
Tab. Danzen 5mg 1+0+1 for 3 days

Gargles with warm salted water+ one tablet disprin dissolved in it.

Avoid cold/sour/spicy foods/drinks.
