Talk to General Physician on Spinning Of Head - Chakkar And Constipation
Asking For Mother, Female 66, Karachi
My mother is over 65 and is a BP patient (high) but regularly takes her medicine and in control Alhamdulillah. But since few days she is complaining of spinning head Chakkar aa rahe hain. Tried many medicines which were recommended but still feeling same. Neend bhi poori leti hain or food bhi proper kha rahi hain. She also suffers from severe constipation since I was a kid. Please guide and advise.

Tab.stemetil 1 1 for 7 days,Tab.Serc 24 mg 1 1 fpr 15 days , Tab.Stugeron Forte 1 1 1 for 7 days
This seems to be Vertigo(Bppv).
start
cap stugeron forte after breakfast
tab serc 8mg thrice a day.
It will get better,and go for Echocardiography of ur Mother.

vertigo mai tau Nausea and vomiting hoti hai or you can't even stand or walk as I myself is a Vertigo patient and use stemitil and serc 16 once have it. my mother also takes and use Serc 16 when she feels spinning of head.
