It has been some months now that im facing this issue. After sitting for a while like when driving, or while praying or working, whenever i stand, my right knee feels very stiff and feels like it is numb but its not numb actually, its just slightly painful at that moment but it gets okay after a few minutes of movement. Its just the initial change in posture that feels painful.
I hope im explaining it correctly. Please advise what should i do to fix this problem. Thanks

U should consult with Orthopaedic consultant.
Are you taking enough VIT D products in your diet. Do you have enough sunlight exposure.This can be because of multiple reasons. Better to book appointment with orthopaedic doctor for proper assessment .
