Talk to General Physician on Stretch Marks On My Body

2 years ago my weight was 85kg and I lost my weight from 85kg to 60KG, then 1 year ago my weight is gained to 89KG, after that I have stretch marks on my lower body. IAM using prosil gel, I can't see any difference. please help me to get rid of this.
