Talk to General Physician on Stroke With High Blood Pressure
Asking for Father, Male, 63 years old, Lahore
Aoa. Doctor 2 months before on 20may my father bp was extremely high to above 180 or more so he had minor stroke i m uploading his ct scan report plx tell is there any clot in brain? I m also uploading carotid artery report and ecography. Plx tell koi khatry ki bat to nai. His lipid profile was disturb now ALHAMDULILA after balance of diet and medication its normal now. Plx clear my mind. Ky ct scan k according mere father k brain me clot to nai. Ab is se koi nuksan to nai hoga. Ecocardiography me koi heart issue to nai. And carotid dopler normal hy k nai carotid me koi clot or blokage to nai. Bcz mere father ko right side weakness hui tj stroke se or speech problem bt krte krte ruk jty thy. Now improvement hy he walks MASHA ALLAH and talks.

You father had a mild stroke due to a clot.The reasons which caused it were high blood pressure and high blood fats causing atherosclerosis which promotes clotting.
Your father is lucky,that the stroke was mild and he is improving.
The neck arteries have atherosclerosis but no clot.The heart function is reasonably good.
Kindly see that you maintain a very good control of your BP and blood lipids
Hopefully if you control these the risk of future episodes of clots is low but no 100 percent guarantee can be given.
