Talk to General Physician on Sudden Cough And Gasping

my mother is having little cough for the past one n a half month she has no symptoms of covid the test is also negative the cough is mild and only happens while she talks or eats. i asked her about it she just told me it happens all of a sudden whenever she inhales. she is having teeth issues as well for long is that the reason she is getting this cough?
