My mother is sugar patient since 20 yrs with high blood pressure patient for last 6 months, need to know which tests she should do before meeting you ?

Diabetes is life long disorder so she would require periodic test for her evaluation along with regular home based blood sugar monitoring chart.
Her dietary intake should be monitored as well.
Routine periodic test with I prefer my patients to bring are, CBC, HBA1C, UCE, FLP & URINE DR in 3-6 months follow-up.
