My father was only diabetic patient in our family. Kam ki routine office work ha aur diet normal ha. lakin mujha jub low blood suger attack hota ha tu after meal hota ha empty stomach nhi hota. last two time main na note kea ka I was eaten once and 2nd time fish khaya tha. lakin jub attack hota tu foran kuch kha lon tu usi waqat normal b ho jata ha. Ok apk walid ko ha to ghar men sugar check karnay wali machine to hogi ya lylen ap ek bar neharmun sbah uth k apni sugar check karen kitni arai ha or ek khanay k 2 ghantay k bad ki likhlen... check krk appointment lylen ya jab b apko ainda attack ho try kariyga tab b Glucometer pe check karen ta k maloom hosakay k exactly kiti kam horai ha phr appointment len kam fee men hum apko guide karsakengy k issue kya ara ha konsa mazeed test required hoga or usko evaluate krk accordingly apk ilaj men madad karsakengy inshaAllah blkl thik hojaengy jab tak ap yeh check krk appointment letey hain diet behter karen sath multivitamin len.
