No injury.. i showed it to the doctor she said heart and kidney swollens are very much and baqaida nUmaya hoti hai .. koi dard or koi symptoms nahi .. 1 mahinay se .. koi test nhi karwai

u should go for some blood tests and ecg to rule out which organ is culprit for this swelling
