Sir ,, i am suffering from headache from last 2 years the heache is band like ,, head feels heavy ,neck and eyes also hurts ,, its is continuous no matter how much i take rest but it is continuous,, I also had palpitations whenever i take stress,, i am student of bolan medical college (4th year mbbs) kindly help me
