Please share symptoms you are having which caused you to get these tests done. Your tests are ok, they suggest dehydration and malnutrition which means not taking a proper balanced diet which has appropriate portions of protein, fruits vegetables and grains.. First step is to improve those. Get the thyroid tests reviewed with your physician, he might repeat them or advise something further.
They seem to be lower than last time you got your texts. why have you been getting these tests in the first place?? what are your symptoms?

These are sufficient. Agar koi problem ho raha hai to follow up with your physician with these tests. Otherwise agar koi issue nahi hai, to improve diet and fluid intake. Start light regular exercises and repeat the tests after 6 months.
