heavy menses might be due to fibroids. TSH is slightly above normal limit so chance of hypothyroidism.
you might have anemia due to heavy periods.
you might need to take Sangobion capsule and thyroxin tablets. both need to be regulated and checked by a physician.
please get thyroid profile done along CBC with morphology.
eat green vegetables, mutton, kaleji, fresh fruits.
