aoa. I sometimes feel irritation in throat and nose and when I take cetirizine I feel okay. is it safe to take cetirizine for a long period of time?
Not for long period but occasionally when you have symptoms you can take it. There are better anti allergic medicine available than certrizine with less side effects

Is there any recurrent nose blockage issue ? Do you have some post nasal drip of mucous ? Is there any association with dust or fragrances when you nose itch? Taking cetirizine off and in is fine to relieve the symptoms . Try making a habit of daily gargles with warm water and salt before going to bed everyday .

JazakAllah.. I have noticed it happens from dust and some fragrances otherwise it's fine. I get dry feeling in sinus too

Then it's better to avoid dust. You need proper treatment, it is probably allergic reaction to dust commonly understood as asthma. If properly treated you can be symptom free in 2 weeks.
