Tab.Neuberol 1+1+1 3days or as per needed
1) Take 3 more doses of Cp.Azomax 250mg to complete 5days course.
2) Frequent use of warm water/Joshanda/Kehwa.

Disperine gargles, tablet fexet 120mg Once a day for 5 days.
