Dear Doctor, Hope you all re doing well, I'm having throat in pain from last three days, pain is slightly and no fever , But I have having cough to much, flu. No tiredness , but due to this pain my voice effect. Can you please suggest.

Did you check temperature? Tab panadol for fever and throat pain. Salt water gargles 2 to 3 times. Tab soften F.120 md two times for flue. Rest.

AOA! Take lots of fluids. Steam inhalation and salt and warm water gargles for at least 3 days .Do take care of hand hygiene, use masks and proper social distancing measures. If you start having fever , cough with phlegm or any breathing difficulty Do consider COVID . test.Otherwise within a week you should get better with simple medicines like paracetamol and anti allergy tablet.
