Asking for Mother, Female, 65 years old, lahore
Aoa! My mother with history of hypertension & asthma is having low grade fever, sore throat, bodyache and extremely upset stomach for the past 3 days. She has nausea & doesnt feel like eating. She didnt go outside home in months but has to pick groceries from the gate wearing mask. Pls guide us. She is taking her antihypertnsives & asthma medicines regularly.

Give tab.azomax 500mg daily for 10days and tab loprin 75mg daily with panadolcf if fever.continue remaining medicines
give her Cap Caricef 400mg for 5 days. Tab Motillium 1+1+1 empty stomach for 3 days. have following tests CBC. HCV. HBsAg. Renal Parameters.
can u please post her CBC CRP LFTs and x-ray chest reports. as she is a high risk case u need these investigations to be done. and for the time u can give her tab Panadol 2 +2+2 and tab moxiget 400mg OD after these labs done.

Thank you dr. For chest x ray she has to go to some hospital but she is already at high risk. Pls suggest should we start antibiotic and arrange the rest of tests at home ? Or chest x ray is mandatory?

give her tab Motillium 1+1+1 empty stomach for 3 days. Cap Risek 20mg at bed time for 15 days. Cap Caricef 400mg once daily for 5 days. Tab Panadol when required.
check her Random Blood Sugar.
