Thumb Moveing Problem

اسلام علیکم بائیں ہاتھ کے انگھوٹے کے joint میں موڑنے میں تکلیف ہو رہی ہے in my left hand thumb is not move easily from fifteen days i was faced this problem five years ago after one week automatically problem solved but it now almost three week i am facing
