Talk to General Physician on Thyroid Problem

Assalam Alaikum!

This is a report of 32 year old female unmarried height 5.1, weight 45. She was taking thyroxine but it was causing hairfall and dry skin than doctor changed the medicine to thyronorm 50mg but same was happening so she stopped taking thyronorm too. And she did not take either of the tablets for 7,8 months. The report attached is of 2 days ago. I want to know which medicine she should take now that does not cause hairfall and dry skin. And what should be the dose.
