are you taking any medication other than folic acid.
you have to monitor you blood pressure 2 time a day atlest , ( in such condition like pregnancy and hypothyroidism lead to raised the blood pressure. you need to consult you gynecologist and endocrinologist for proper dosing and they recommends you thyroid test after every 4 to 5 week and then follow them. don't be depressed InnshaAllah everything will be fine .
